研龙 ®TSTN 弹塑合金材料，在清水或含泥砂量较高的水环境下，具备低摩擦、低磨损的特性，在对应工况下相较于部分金属、非金属主轴密封材料拥有较好的耐用表现。可根据机组需求定制对应尺寸，在部分项目中有助于优化材料成本，实现较短的供货周期。

INDRON® TSTN elasticplastic alloy features low friction and lowwear performance in clear water or water with high siltsand content. Under corresponding working conditions, it delivers favorable durability compared with part of metallic and nonmetallic mainshaft sealing materials. Custom sizes are available for different units, which helps optimize material cost and shorten delivery cycle in some projects.

· 材料内置润滑组分，可降低对磨板的磨损，有助于减少渗漏；

· 具备干润滑与水润滑特性，使用过程不会污染水源；在短时缺水的特定工况下可耐受一定程度高温，有助于提升设备运行稳定性（不建议长期缺水工况运行）；

· 在水润滑测试条件下，该材料实测 PV 值高于部分滑动轴承材料（19.75MPa×5.15m/s =101.3MPa・m/s）。

 Integrated lubricating components reduce wear of antiwear plate and help mitigate water leakage.  Featuring drylubrication and waterlubrication properties, it causes no watersource pollution. It can withstand certain high temperature under specific shortterm watershortage conditions and help improve operational stability (longterm watershortage operation is not recommended).  Under waterlubrication test conditions, the measured PV value of this material is higher than that of some slidingbearing materials (19.75 MPa × 5.15 m/s = 101.3 MPa·m/s).
